Master Plan
Our Parish, Our Future: The St. Francis Xavier Master Plan
St. Francis Xavier leaders have been studying the needs facing our church and school and have developed a long-range campus master plan. Phase 1 is the parish’s immediate priority, with additional phases to be considered over time. Below you will find the Master Plan presentation, the fact sheet and site plan for the master plan.
Planning Study
- In May of 2026, parishioners were invited to provide feedback on the Master Plan during our Planning Study.
- If you were unable to provide feedback during the Planning Study, we would still love to hear from you. CLICK HERE to provide your input.
Recommendations
- On June 11, representatives from the Steier Group reported their findings and recommendations to Father Joe and about 40 leaders from various roles within our parish including staff, Finance Council, Pastoral Council, School Advisory Board, School Endowment Committee and Property Management Committee on June 11. Based on the positive response from the community, the Steier Group recommended that St. Francis Xavier move forward with a capital campaign.
What's Next?
This summer, we have been laying the groundwork for our capital campaign, with an exciting launch planned for the end of October! We have been focused on several important priorities as we prepare for our campaign, including:
- Recruiting leaders to help guide the campaign and serve as ambassadors throughout our community.
- Developing campaign communications, including a comprehensive list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to help keep parishioners informed.
- Working with our architect to refine project details and prepare for the next phases of planning
- Planning opportunities for parishioners to gather, ask questions and learn more about the vision for our campus as we build excitement and a shared commitment to the future of St. Francis Xavier.
Do I donate to the campaign now?
- This fall, we will share the full scope of the projects along with our campaign goals. At that time, every St. Francis Xavier parishioner will receive a letter from Fr. Joe inviting them to participate in the capital campaign with a gift or pledge. In the meantime, we invite you to prayerfully consider what a meaningful three-year campaign commitment might look like for you and your family.
