Dear Parishioners and School Families,
Today, Bishop Steven Raica issued an announcement concluding the allegations concerning Father Robert Sullivan that the Diocese received during the summer months. Robert Sullivan will no longer serve in ordained ministries. Our diocesan communities extend prayers to him as he pursues a new vocation.
An audit was conducted for all parishes and schools with which Robert Sullivan had been associated. The results of this audit have shown that there are no financial issues connected to his tenure. As we gather to celebrate Thanksgiving with our families and loved ones, let us give thanks for a Gracious and Merciful God who continues to renew us, our church, and our communities each season. May we remain steadfast in safeguarding the vulnerable, those whom Jesus embraced and entrusted to the care and prayers of His disciples.
