The mission of St. Francis Xavier Early Learning Center is to provide a high quality, age-appropriate curriculum for each of our students in a child-centered, Catholic environment. Our program offers a constructive and loving learning space where children can play and develop under the guidance of trained personnel. Our motto - Every Child Taught in One Love - guides us as we work for the good of each of our children.

The curriculum provided by every teacher will foster the education of the "whole child" (i.e., spiritual, cognitive, physical, social-emotion). Developmentally-appropriate activities will provide children with the opportunity to learn from one-on-one time with their teacher and through "hands on" activities. Our Early Learning Center meets or exceeds all teacher-to-child ratio standards set by the Alabama Department of Human Resources, allowing each child to receive the individual attention which he or she needs.
