Baptism

Adults are baptized at the Easter Vigil as part of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. Infant and child baptisms are by arrangement, please contact the Parish Office for more information.

Infant baptisms are celebrated throughout the year at the various Sunday liturgies. Baptismal Preparation Classes are required of all first-time parents prior to their child’s Baptism. Baptisms are scheduled for the second Sunday of each month. Please call the Parish Office to register for these classes.

"Incorporated into Christ by Baptism, the person baptized is configured to Christ. Baptism seals the Christian with the indelible spiritual mark (character) of his belonging to Christ. No sin can erase this mark, even if sin prevents Baptism from bearing the fruits of salvation. Given once for all, Baptism cannot be repeated."
